Shipping & Handling rates are as follows:

All orders ship within 7 business days unless otherwise notified. Shipping and handling charges are based on the total price in your cart after any discounts are applied. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, whichever is the most economical based on size and weight of the package. We strive to provide the highest service level available from each carrier for any given shipping charge in order to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Although we try our best to deliver your order as estimated, delivery times are not guaranteed.

Shipping rates are based on orders shipped to destinations within the U.S. We are currently not configured to process international orders.

Order Pickup

If you prefer to pick up your order, you may do so at Elements Gift Shop, located in the Red Rock Canyon Visitor Center, 1000 Scenic Loop Dr. Las Vegas, NV. Please call 702-515-5379 to make arrangements.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you happy with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please go to the Contact Us page. Returns can be made within 30 days of shipment for exchange or refund, excluding exceptions listed below. Merchandise must be in resalable condition and the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping fee on return items is non-refundable.  Our return address is:
